Gateway Fx--7805 Accidental Warranty Remplacement

well i have this laptop since 4 months ago and its giving me problems already such as disk sheck everytime i boot the computer, sometimes the screen does not wake up and sometimes the computer freezes in the mittle of a game, i have the gateway accidental adn damage warranty and this one has already repaired once because a blue screen, and since the new models already came out i was wondering if there its a chance if gateway can remplace this one for the new models, because first of all i do not want to sent i back to repair and the gateway repair center and then get it back and then when i receive it to give me problems again since the last time i sent it they did not fixed anything, adn literally gateway customer service sucks, so if there its a chance if i can get this irreparable so i can just get a new model for remplacement since i paid for the accidental warranty.

 

I think only best buy does that kind of replacement.

 

no, this its not the first time the laptop has been remplaced, last time i sent it for repair and they lost the laptop and they sent me a new one
