Press F10 and select boot from a Windows install disk and do this.

    Hi
When i hit F10 i dont get 'boot from install disk as an option'...i just get CD/ROM (which doesnt lock up) MAIN HARD DRIVE and BOOT TO LAN. Whichever i chose just gives me the error message Bootmgr missing pres crl alt delete to restart.

Ha, you must have the install disk in the cd drive then select boot from cd. I don't know what "which doesnt lock up" means? I'm sure you found a solution by now.
