    So my laptop will no longer run or charge the battery inside it. I thought it was a Vista issue with the Plugged In, Not Charging message, but even after an XP install it wont charge or run on the battery. I have another laptop which I tested the battery in and it will charge and run with this laptops battery so the battery is ok. Is there something I can look for that might be the issue Im having. Warranty was out in January.

    Cliff notes:
    Unplug laptop, laptop dies. Battery is good and charged 100% via a second laptop.

    Im guessing its off to Gateway with it.
