    Gateway M305CRV can't remove CPU

    I need some help with a Gateway M305CRV. I can't find out what CPUs were available for it, and I can't remove the one that is in there, even after turning the hold down screw 1/4 turn counterclockwise.It feels stuck or maybe I need to do something else also to remove it. :confused:
