I don't want to sound anal but my new Gateway keyboard is not level over the right upper keys on the right hand side. More specificaly, the keys in question are f12 scroll _+ backspace f11 and maybe a couple other keys. Is there a way to remove and reset the keyboard? The rest of the entire keyboard is flush and perfect. I have never encountered this problem in any of the six notebooks I've owned before.

The Gateway M series looks almost identical to a similar 15"4 HP notebook. From the monitor and webcam and the chasis.

Back to my problem. Is my keyboard just not set properly or are components under the keyboard pushing these keys up a bit. The fit and finish of this notebook is outstanding with this one exception. The speakers are not good, almost awful. That's what headsets are for.

Any feedback will be much appreciated. :)

I pushed the keys down pretty hard and the keys in question are almost all level now. I took a couple of pictures but the difference wouldn't be noticable enough to see in the pics.
