After ship and adding a DVD-rom cause the other ones busted 317.1517.15 over budget(coulda bought a 24 Pack).
Getting it almost a week later now know it works: Priceless
Anyway this is bigg to me cause the GL960 is the lesser of the 3 in the family. so with a BIO update and a night straight lookin for answers. I install the T8100 with success and have 2.5 Gb ddr, 4gb didn't fit into budget(had to still get the 24pac)
So heres how it is GL690/GM695/PM695 have the same Chipset.
from what I found the only short coming is in the Memory department. I read complaints pips can't get the 4GB to work no matter how many different brands tried on their GL960 (I myself can't get the 2GB stick in the 1st slot with out the system freezing on first boot screen. But then some clam it works if u say so) can support with 64bit system installed witch is supported. Some Asus/960 can runs w/45 Manufacturing Technology and so can your ML class gateway
Well here are some good links and good LUCK to you if your a "don't try this at home" type
