    Gateway MT3705 System Recovery Disc

    Hi there,

    Does anyone knows if the Gateway MT3705 System Recovery Disc contains bloatwares?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    The gateway CD that came with the my 3707 was Vista Prem....without anything else....I did a clean install, wiping out everything.

    Then after seeing the nifty vista....not wanting to relearn everything.....installed XP.....with 160MB HD I have a dual boot....but never touch the vista side.

    Best thing about vista are the new sounds.

    Yes the mt3705 recovery disk has bloatware. it will make your computer like it was the day you bought it. id recommend using the vista disk and doing a clean install as i dont believe it does have all the junk on it. just dont forget to make a driver recovery disk first.
