I've had this computer for a little under a year, It came rebuilt with Vista Home installed in it and it was working great until now. I was able to turn it on and I could tell it was booting but the screen would be black, I plugged in another monitor and everything would work right, just the LCD monitor on the laptop wouldn't work. But now when I turn it on it wont even boot up, it just starts the fan and stays black...doesn't do anything.
    Any suggestions?

I have the same symptoms on my MT6451 and think its a motherboard failure. Any luck in fixing your laptop?
