I am trying to help someone with getting their laptop operable. It appears that the system will boot up. However, about 2 minutes after fully booting up the system crashes. A blue screen with a lot of writing flashes so quickly that I am unable to read it. It will do a restart and the same thing will happen again. One problem is, there are no recovery disc, nor am I able to use the recovery drive (D). I tried starting in Safe Mode so that I might be able to create recovery disc and I get a message which says no partition.

    Much needed help here.
