    hi my laptop just stopped working and the technichian says it could be the processor is not running, i need help of prices for this??

    My suggestion: call Gateway back and either ask them to take a look at it or ask for step-by-step instruction at what exactly is going on and if it's covered in your warranty. You shouldn't really have any problems - Gateway customer service is generally pretty generous when it comes to this kind of thing.
