The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    hello everybody,
    I did a clean install of the notebook, because the stock install was really slow,
    I was able to install everything, including audio, looking through some posts on here, so I figured somebody might be able to help me with my issue.
    I still haven't found a driver for the mass storage controller, I tried installing the drivers for the intel 915 chipset from the intel website but that doesnt solve the issue. Can anybody point me in the direction of where I can find it...
