    Gateway Mt3422 Problems

    Hello guys,

    I just bought this gateway on ebay.
    I have noticed 2 issues and wanted to know if they where normal for this model and if not then if anyone knew how to solve them:

    1. the laptop gets super hot on the bottom left part, that is below where the 3 usb ports are located. is this normal for this model? can it be solved? (i've just cleaned it with compressed air to make sure the fan is clear of dust)

    2. the other issue is the keyboard, it gets super soft in the middle especially from A to L and Y to B in that whole center area it gets soft, like everytime I type it sinks a lot waaaaaaay more than my previous dell, toshiba, acer laptops. Is this normal for this model or there is something wrong and you know how to solve it? thanks guys I appreciate it.
