I have a Gateway MT3423. I just replaced the lcd screen (mine was cracked). Before I replaced it, I hooked my laptop up to an external monitor so i could see if it was the screen or the invertor and It worked that way - everything fine. Now, when I power on the laptop the screen just stays white. I can hear the welcome screen but no picture. Please help!!
