When I am online or watching a movie, a very large sound icon will pop up on my screen. As it appears, it will then turn up my sound to the maximum allowed. If I try to turn it down, it overrides and turns it back up. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? The only way to remove it is to turn off my laptop. If I just restart it, it stays on..........
