My new Gateway NV5924u won't charge beyond 96%.

This just after two days. Yesterday it was 98%.

Has anyone heard of an update or a way to solve it?

From the Aspire 5740g thread on the Acer section it seems it could be a BIOS update (nearly identical models). Where could I obtain it and how install it for my equipment?

    Thanks for the attention.

A question. Should I install the newest ATI driver?
