I recently bought a Gateway NV73A9u Gaming Laptop and I have been encountering a problem where all applications that are running become unresponsive for anywhere between 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
It is incredibly aggravating and I have contacted customer support. They told me to send it in for repair but I would like to avoid that because I cannot spare the money for shipping costs.
Any ideas?
