I got my gateway nv78 laptop in april. im a student so it is very important that i have a laptop that is reliable and good quality. This is neither. Already the battery has stopped working. i plug it in to charge and it says its charging however the battery life continues to decrease. i spent all morning trying to contact customer service and got nothing from them. if anyone has any suggestions of what to do i would really appreciate the help because right now i am screwed and really annoyed with the gateway/acer company!!!
