    Gateway NV79C47U 2-3 Sec lag every time the fan starts

    I game alot and every time the system fan turns on I get a 2-3 sec lock up/lag. this is a huge problem while gaming and very anoying. To me this would mean the PSU can't handle the load. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    have you check gpu temp when fan kicked on? use hwinfo32 or something similar to monitor gpu temp first.
