We have a Gateway NX570X, purchased in December, 2006. It originally came with the Microsoft XP OS, but I (unfortunately) upgraded it to Vista Home Premium.

Recently I had three programs running, apparently two too many, and the system crashed, showing a blue screen which said something about there having been too many programs opened. Then, I was put in some sort of boot-up black/white screen (F10 and F2). I am now stuck in either F10 or F2, and I can't figure out how to do a regular bootup.

    Can anyone help me? Thanks.
