    which is the best patch cause i just installed it and it lowered my 3d mark from 6900 to 6700 by installing 177.98 this is crap please HELP!!!

    A bit demanding for someone looking for help arent you.

    There are no "best" drivers. Each of them do different things. If your just wanting an artifically high 3dmark score there are certain drivers that are good, and if you want better game preformance other drivers are good.

    A bit of advise... to get help, explain what your looking for exactly and dont spout off at the mouth to people trying to help you when you dont give the necessary information.

    True batman... so help me i need i driver that supports or is "better" at playing games rather than 3dmark... so what do you recomend?

    I didnt know on which base the patcher work thx by the way.

    I use the 175.63 driver, but I use it for stability reasons more so than for gaming. But it does quite well even in games, though i dont play crysis so i cant comment there.

    The driver Quad listed i have seen a few people use, and they tend to be more heavily into gaming. So those are probably better for pure gaming. But from what i've seen i would just try out a few of the 177.xx drivers and play the games you normally play and see which one gives you the best preformance for your needs. It will be a bit different for everyone

    If your running stock with your 6831, your GPU is going to be holding you back a bit. Upgrading CPU's will do more for you than just about any driver will.

    I've been using 178.13 the last few days. They seem to have fixed a few glitches with Warhammer. I have no complaints at all. I tend to actually play games to have fun and not to count frames. I don't even know how to enable the framerate display in war yet :)
