    Gateway P-6831FX a good comp for graphic design?

    I was looking at this computer and im wondering if its a good steal?
    Im needing a lappy for graphic design either this or a MBP?

    It's acceptable, but you would probably want to get a better processor. If you're willing to shell out for an MBP, why not check out Gateway's FX series from their website?
    These come with better processors as well as a higher resolution screen for the more expensive models.

    Note that it will be far less portable compared to the MBP though.
