    Hi im looking at a Gateway P-7805u but dont know if i will be happy with it dose anyone have the same laptop?. Can you let me know why you like it and things you dont like. Things i want to do is just play game im into FPS like bad company2, cryis stuff like this i have seen people running cryis maxed out on youtub so im hope'n this is a good laptop here is the system below.

    CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo [email protected]
    GPU: NVIDIA 9800GTS with 1GB of dedicated video RAM
    RAM: 4GB DDR3 PC-8500
    HDD: 320GB 7200RPM Drive with second empty drive bay

    I would recommend eventually upgrading the CPU to a t9600 or better but yeah the machine can play crysis.

    Will it play it @1920x1200 with 16xAA and Ultra Details on every setting with 60 frames a second... no, but not much in the laptop world can (maybe nothing)

    But tweeking your system for good preformance and using the CCC code for crysis and you should get great details and have a very playable frame rate

    ya what should you think i should offer im in canada i just seen the older Gateway P-7811 FX just got posted and guy wants $950 in it has lower speacs:
    I am selling this very powerful laptop because I need a desktop.
    It is in excellent condition with no sctatches or other marks.
    Would also consider trades
    If the add the product is still available

    I was looking at the Intel® Core™2 Duo Mobile Processor T9900 CPU Speed: 3.06 GHz 1066 MHz but not right away as my money is tite right now. I have $800 to find a good gaming laptop.
