I just tried to boot into XP for the first time at my new college and I realized that the internet didn't work. I investigated and realized that I had no ethernet drivers installed on that OS. I tried to look for the thread we had on here for the FX drivers but I couldn't find the "search" box. The LAN driver on gateway's support web site only supports Vista. Can anybody tell me which driver to install?

    Thank you.

no i did not thats a 6831/60 thread, the 6850 is a completely different machine. as far as i know p172fx shares most its parts with the 6831/60 so the 7811 link is wrong.
