This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Gateway Recovery Center Help!

    I'm using a Gateway M6862

    I've installed a clean instalation of the window vista 64bit.

    I installed the Gateway Recovery Center and I selected the factory system recovery.

    The computer restarted but it boot up like normal.

    How can I do a factory system recovery ?
