I had my computer Serviced on the MX6421 Because the Monitor Hinges Broke off and it cut off's and the cd-rom pops out and reads its been gone for about 2 weeks anyone know what the average weeks it takes for them to get done

It shouldn't be gone much longer than 2 weeks. Mine has always made it back to me within 5 buisness days. Location might have an effect on time.
One time I did have my computer out for a little more than 2 weeks without being worked on. Stupid Bestbuy didn't tell them what to do so it was sent back to me from Gateway unrepaired 2 weeks later. -

If you send it in on a Monday your likely Weds or Thurs. Believe it or not but happens with me everytime.
I guess it really does not good in getting back fast like that, because it's likely the issue will never be fixed. Gateway has had my PC for the last 3 months. I've had to send it in 6 times, due them not correcting the orginal issues. The PC has came back to me with stuff wrong with it that was NEVER wrong from the beginning, for instance the Touch Pad mouse.
