I have a problem with my model W350A T-1620 Laptop from Gateway.
When I tried to logon, it failed my windows logon saying "user profile service failed the logon. User profile can not be loaded".

Gateway says that this is an advanced problem and won't help me without paying the $60 cover charge......

Is there a way to reset my password? I tried doing this through Bios settings, and it accepts a user password and admin password change, but won't recognize them.

    Help. Please.

Thread closed. Discussion related to bypassing security measures for any reason are prohibited by the forum rules. If you legally obtained the laptop, then there should be a recovery media included. You can use that to restore the computer back to factory condition.
