My Gateway froze today, and I just turned it off and on. Then when I turned it on, it says Windows could not find a file, and please insert the XP CD and repair the installation. Only problem, I haven't gotten around to creating the restore CD. So is there a way around this? It has XP MCE. I have an XP Pro disc if I need it, but I would prefer to have MCE.
