    Gateway adapter I annoyed them so much!

    Mine is slowly dieing and I needed a new one they wanted me to send the old one back. So I argued that I wouldn't be able to use the laptop. So after about 45mins they decided to send it to me without sending the old one right away. Instead I will send the old one back once the new one comes! awesome huh!?

    awesome! Also who did u talk to gateway reps or acer service? My warranty is now with Acer for the last 7 months, and I think I need a new adapter as well before my warranty comes to an end.

    Gateway reps It took awhile to get him convinced they called it a security matter no idea what that means. But they shipped it and I'm getting a new one so I'm happy. Id try with acer first but if that doesn't work try gateway!
