65C does seem a little on the warm side, but it's certainly well within the acceptable temperature range. Check your load temperatures and if they are below 95C, your GPU is fine.

If you've been using this laptop for 3+ months, I'd recommend cleaning your fan and heatsink as dust can accumulate and block the necessary air flow needed to keep your system cool.
Check NBR's Cooling Guide for details and other alternatives to make your laptop run cooler.

    Thank you for the answer!

I fixed it myself, i removed the heathsink and i found out that about the 2/3 of the gpu was not covered with thermal coumpound. Lucky me I already have some Arctic Silver 5 here at home. I remove the old one with arctic clean remover then applied some thermal surface purifier. I also did the cpu.

    Case close!
Thank you David your answer pointed me in the right direction.

By the way, I bought this notebook 3 weeks ago, brand new. So I recomend you all check this on your notebooks. It`s not because it is new that it is perfect!!!
