I recently purchased a gateway MT-3422 and downgraded from vista home premium to xp. I found most of the drivers needed through a thread on here because gateway had very limited support for this laptop on xp.

My problem is that when I leave my computer sitting idle without putting it into standby, after a period of time the screen scrambles, and seems to pixelate. I can still control the cursor, but response is very slow. When I put the machine into standby, then bring it back the problem is fixed. This is completely new to me, and I've tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling with no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas? The only device i'm missing is described as the "Co-Processor" in the device manger. I've tried some links i've found in here, but no luck on the actual driver.
