Hi folks. I've had my Gateway p-6831 fx laptop for about a year now, but my twin 18-month-old daughters have managed to tear off about half of the keys on the keyboard. However, Gateway won't tell me how to get a replacement and the couple of sites where I can even find mention of such a keyboard don't have them in stock (and there's no apparent way to backorder one). Suggestions?
Going along with what one or two others have already said on this forum...yes, the Gateway support was a bit on the rude side.
