Just got this delivered yesterday and already have a problem. Every time I touch a key on the keyboard, the mouse locks in place and can not be moved. This is particularly annoying when gaming since I often use the W S A D keys to move while mousing to look around. I tried Gateway online support and they were utterly useless. Any one else have this problem?

Try adjusting this setting by lowering it or turning it off.

Synaptics Pointing Device > Right Click > Device Settings > Settings > Pointing > Sensitivity > Palm Check
