Best Buy has a sale on their 250GB WD Passports. They're selling it for 99
less 10% using coupon here https://moversguide.usps.com/img/coupon/bestbuy/200803_clientarea.gif

the drive inside it is exactly the same model as the ones in our 6831FX.

Currently I'm still looking for an efficient solution to image the drive to and ext drive and re image it back to the striped drives. Anyone got any ideas or did most of you who did RAID 0 just did a clean install?

Go to WD's website and download their Data Lifeguard tools. I used this a month or two ago to put RAID on my wife's machine without having to reinstall (even worked with Seagate drives).
