Congratulation and welcome to the club.

I have a P7801, that is almost the same as yours, for one and a half year and I`m very satisfied.

Congrats from a P-7805u FX owner. I put mine up for sale then couldn't follow through with it. Not ready to part with it. You'll have fun. It's a good group on this forum as well. Very little flaming and lot's of help. Welcome.

Yep, still to this day I play Mafia 2 on 1920x1200 max settings except for advanced Ageia PhysX and it runs 35+ fps average. Amazing machine.

Make sure to pick up the Mass Effect series (1 and 2, including the DLCs). They're two of the best games to be released in the gaming world.

I don't game anymore but am still incredibly pleased with my purchase from a year and a half ago. This pc has done everything I could ask and more. It played 1200 res video games with such quality that MANY late-night hours have been spent fragging with delight.

Now I use it to watch HD youtube vids, type papers, play music, and watch my favorite downloaded series (Air Crash Investigations). As a college student, this is my access to the outside world. Our apartment doesn't have cable or a good quality TV to save money. Instead I use the FX in my room to stream football games (College & NFL) and listen to music (nice speakers attached).

I take joy in knowing my PC could pwn the visual quality my friends play games at with a xbox 360 and standard-def 30 inch old-as-hell TV- no sound system or anything. inorite? how do they live?
