    Graphics Card on MX7525

    i am playing age of empires 3 and other games. When i play on battery i cannot turn the graphics on high or it really laggs if i am plugged in i can play the game on high graphics so i know that my computer can handle it. How can i fix this?

    First, try changing your power scheme to "always on."
    Second, go in the hardware manager and in the graphics card properties and disable "power play." (I think it is called)
    Honestly, though, I don't see why you would want to play on battery. I always tried to avoid that.

    just for when i have to play on battery like on a trip and cannot plug in for a bit or when the power goes out

    i'll try that power play thing in the controll pannel (i am at a public place with out my laptop right now)

    I'd just turn down the rez to something the throttled GPU can handle.

    my battery will last about 1h 20-30min but that is just sitting at windows
