Congratulations - you might want to think about a laptop cooler, depending on how hot it runs. You can use HWMonitor (link in my signature) to gauge that.

there was a thread on this few weeks ago.
this is happening to a lot of people including me. i think u have to go to nvidia control panel and mess around with the power settings to be always on full. or mess around with hard drive power settings. not sure exactly. look for the thread.
i'm not touching that cause, it did solve the issue for most people but results in higher temps.

hmmm upgrades... i would say get another hdd an run it in a raid 0 setup.
a nice mouse like the razer mamba.
the xfi surround usb sound card or xfi notebook card.
    a usb hub for sure.
a notebook cooler (need one myself was considering a cryo)
    some headphones.
glow in the dark keyboard keys.
an external for an optical drive (e-sata compatible) and put a blueray drive in it.
    a portable hdd.
    wireless 360 controller plus receiver.
of course something to carry all that stuff (i recommend any bag from targus)

cant think of anything else right now but will add in later if i think of anything.

how much better is the intel 5350 over the stock wireless card? Also does intel tubro memory work with vista ult. 64 bit? And what does it do?

5350 vs the stock 4965agn in 6860fx increases signal/battery life/cpu resources by a bit, not tons! but enough.. The 5350 also has WiMax, which is why it has 3 antennas. intel turbo memory i think only works with vista 32/64bit.

The 5300 WiFi card is great aswell, turbo memory increases boot times aswell as launching applications.
