    HD DVD Laggy 6860fx Nero 8

    I'm having trouble getting smooth playback via nero 8 and the xbox hd dvd drive.

    My brother gave it to me last week and it worked flawlessly on his computer but stutters and lags on the 6860fx. I have no idea what the problem is. I've got all the plug ins and everything but it still lags like crazy. I tried it on my other brothers computer (e7200,4gb, 8800gt) and it worked fine at stock speeds.

    I have an x7800 @ 3.0, 4gb, 8800gts m and it lags.

    Any solutions to this? I've tried like 3 gpu drivers, a fresh install, 5 hd dvd movies and it's all the same problem.

    I've also tried installing the codec packs via a search I did on here but that didn't help. I'm out of ideas. I've sold my desktop so the lappy is the only thing I have for a while and I really want to watch hd dvd.

    edit: I've tried it on both vista 64 home premium and windows 7 and same thing.
