Hi,
I've seen that a good number of gateway users have this drive..
I would like to know the real speeds of it especially CD-R WRITE because on ebay this is reported to be sometimes 8x, other times 12x , also 24x I've seen![]()
If you could clarify it I'll be grateful
Thanks

Do a search on BD player.....
Rangerxml, catttman, andy a, Danny748s, flynnaz and many more have it...... ask them -
If you're thinking about buying one for your Santec, don't. The CT10N is SATA while the Clevo M570RU is PATA/IDE.

I know I know! thanks..I'll have a M570ETU wich have SATA..

Anyways, Power2Go says my CT10N's max CD-R write speed is 24x -

So after reading all that topic I have more confused ideas...
Is there a CT10N (that of this pdf) wich simply is NOT a BD reader ??!
there are 2 different firmwares for it WA02 e WR06 and also a CT10L wich have some problems...
HELP -
Actually there are 3:
CT10N x2 BD read speed (discuss in the topic with all the various firmwares)
CT10L x2 BD read speed w/ light scribe (mostly in HP notebooks)
CT10N x4.5 BD read speed (the PDF that comes in the ladder part of that thread) -
In this pdf http://www.lgcommercial.com/content/downloads/pdf/GCC-T10N_Print.pdf the "GCC-T10N" is only a DVD-RW drive ! But maybe is not even the CT10N...
How can the 4.5x BD be recognized?
HL CT10N Real speeds (r/w)
