My computer, since Saturday night, has been acting really strange. It wouldnt let me open any programs, or connect to the internet. So i wiped the drives clean and re-installed 7. Now it wont even look for updates, I keep getting errors. I get runtime errors out the @$$. Did a memory test and it said there were issues. I get BSOD's every once in a while. I cannot even open my games. It kicks me off the internet randomly. I can bearly get through a webpage without getting "connection failed". And this is all with stock clocks. Any Ideas?

You did a memory test and it DID or it DIDN'T say there were issues? I will have to assume you meant to write that there were no issues with your memory. Best suggestions I have:
    1.Try out different memory
    2. If you are running your network off a card, use the basic K.I.S.S. rules of eliminating your hardware one by one to see if there is a faulty piece of hardware causing issues.
    3. Make sure that the network that you are running off of is not a culprit. Drag your computer to a different network and check for errors there.

Your BSOD is usually related to errors involving hardware, so that would be a safe place to begin.
I will have to guess that you have not O.C'd this computer ever to begin getting these errors. By the look of your specs above you might have, and the issues can be traced back to hardware that has been pushed too much, or has not been set back to complete factory specs. Networking cards, video, SCSI pull them all and check the board running solo. Part by part reinstall, and go from there. Eliminate all but one RAM stick if you want but for the most part RAM will cause larger problems than the ones you are presenting.

I did get issues, I also put the stock ram back in and got issues aswell. I am running off of ethernet. I used throttle stop and ive only used the specs other people who have more experience on here, have told me to used. I took the computer to school and used their network, and the same errors presented themselves.

Edit; took too long to submit............ :)

Edit 2; take throttle stop and disable it. be sure to shut down completely then restart without TS. This will ensure nothing is soft moded to bios and the CPU is running stock. Then try the memory, all according to how badly it is damaged you may need to reinstall again.................

I did reinstall windows, with no ts or any over clocking what so ever, and it is still having these issues.

With the x9100 and q9200 the only BSOD's I experienced were from the CPU's having too low a vCore. The nvidia card amongst other things can cause a BSOD and memory dump, this is why we need to know what the error reads as.....................

Would the memory slots, and/or the mother board have anything to do with that? Like could that be a possible cause? My stock memory was 100% good, so i tried that memory back in, and still had errors. So im thinking it might be the memory slots on the actual mother board.

I see there are two models for the P7915 u mother board

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Gateway-P-7908U...501409425?pt=Motherboards&hash=item1e627d7a91

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Gateway-P-7915u...501061097?pt=Motherboards&hash=item1e627829e9

Which one of these should I get, if I do actually need a motherboard, or are they the same?

Did you use memtest86 and receive errors? If so re-seat the ram and try only one stick at a time. Run the test on each stick. It would be unlikely both sticks would go bad simultaneously.

Woops, didn't see your last post. Maybe the above will identify or imply a bad slot.

I'd hold off on the ram, unless you are just RMA'ng in which case the new ram should be good and you aren't just waisting money............

try one thing at a time. Not unless you are sure the other component is dead. If you have another notebook to test the other components, saya a friends machine, you can then be sure.............

Well none of my friends have a notebook that is compatible with any of my components. But like when i try to download updates, I get a Code 80072F8F Error. And my web browser, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, both say "this websites certificates have expired" and wont let me on that website. I have to constantly try and try and try before it actually lets me on. And i literally JUST did a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.

two things to check out, go to bios and do a load default values. also be sue the wireless switch is on. Turn it off and be sure it disconnects wireless and turn it back on. A third thing to try is connect direct to the routed with an ethernet cable..........
