I've been reading up on overclocking lately and I get the idea but I haven't found the right tools for overclocking my card or a guide how to use them. Would anyone be able to lend me their experience on overclocking this card or point me in the direction of a good guide?

    Note:
AtiTools isn't working for me. I've tried 2 different versions and both of them have trouble starting up. Either they take 5 minute to startup after I click the exe or they dont' start at all. Even if they start after the 5 minutes, they are completely frozen up.

Basically I know I can overclock my GPU with the AMD tools but I'm wondering how do I tell when I've safely overclocked it or whether to drop it down or notch it up.

Also if you're going to suggest RivaTuner then please include a guide on how to use it. I've read multiple post where people just say to use rivatuner but they say nothing on how to use it.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
