That web cam popup is really annoying no matter where I drag it around my screen.

The threads from last year recommended "putting the popup in the Quick Launch Bar". I found the QLB (on my Gateway NV52 with Vista Premium), but how do I "put" it there? Dragging into the QLB menu box doesn't seem to work, and right-clicking on the popup doesn't give me a cut & paste option?

I really miss the tech support I used to have at work, but not enough to go back.

Thanks Sentence. You even forced me to learn a little about "msconfig" and why all those applications start up without being asked. I googled "msconfig vista" and found a full set of instructions on http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/msconfig_vista.htr
    Thanks again.
