For awhile now i have been getting crazy high GPU temps but always seemed to settle back down...well while benchmarking furmark the temps got crazy high again. The good news is i heard the GPU fan go into turbo mode for the first time in a long time(thats my bad for not noticing sooner)..the bad news it only happened twice out of 8 or 9 runs. So what should i do? im hoping a bios update will fix this issue. The fan is running but just never kicks into gear when needed.

    edit- current bios is 9C.17.00

i suggest giving it a clean, if the temps are high , maybe put some as5 on the cpu and gpu, i did, dropped a few degrees and cleaning out the fan make it drop even more

my pizza hasn't arrived yet. did you give Dominoes the keys?

Maybe try one of those fan controllers, and turn it up to max...well, maybe not that much ;)

this may do the trick but ive never taken a PC apart before.

I would try that except fan control is bios locked
