    How do I tell if my 8800M GTS is downclocking?

    I've noticed in source I'll be in an area reading 100+ FPS, then re-spawn a tad later similar appearance to the area/spawn-point and will be reading 60-70 fps. It jumps back up, but fluctuates. Just curious. GPU temps reach around 71-75 max.

    *shrug*

    This is DoD:S btw.

    GPU-Z and on the Sensors tab check "log to file"
    that's one way

    Powermizer might be automatically throttling your GPU to avoid excessively high temps.
