I just recently updated my P-6831FX to Vista Ultimate x64 to take advantage of my 4GB ram. I was going down the list in the The Defininitive nVidia Driver Upgrade Guide and I got to Silicon Image SiI 3531. I downloaded the file but after extracting it, there is no setup.exe file or install file. What do I do and is the driver really needed?

If you have run windows update it will have upgraded you to that driver anyway. If not it will be showing with a yellow question mark in 'other devices' in device manager.
