I rececntly installed a RAID 0 setup on my P-6860FX laptop and I get a bunch of new things on the startup that I didnt have before.

First off, it counts the memory during the BIOS.
Second, it shows Intel Matrix Manager showing my current RAID setup
Third it gives me this Intel UNDI screen:

    Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build082)
    Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation

For Realtek RTL8111B/8111C Gigabit Ethernet Controller v2.06 (070425)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
    PXXE-MOF: Exiting PXE ROM.

Thats when I dont have my ethernet cable plugged in.

Any ideas how to turn these off? (Especially the third one!)

remove the NIC PXE boot from the boot order. the intel raid manager you see is required to start up to get into the OS.

My 7811 boots up in about 60 seconds

I noticed that too. That Realtek thing is before my RAID 0 volume, so I just excluded it from the list.
