Hi,I have a P-7811FX that I want to replace the hard drive with a 320gb 7200rpm,I want to put two in and enable raid.I have the CMS transfer kit because I figured it would be easier if I copied the main hard drive first but I get 68% copied and then it hangs up on file "C:\Windows\Dump4e5d.tmp" Do I need ths file? If not does anyone know how to find and delete it.Thank you for any help I don't know what to do. Bob

It's on the C drive in the Windows folder. The file is named Dump4e5d.tmp

No u do not need that file.

The name starts with Dump, which leads me to believe its a memory dump file from either a BSOD or a program crash.

Thank's for the help,That was it.I am trying to copy my hard drive and add a second one to enable raid,I bought two new 320GB 7200RPM drives from Newig and a transfer kit from CMS but no good.My computer or the CMS kit doesn't see one of the drives and the other one the copy keeps freezing up my laptop.I put the original drive back in and everything works but I would like to add raid.Could I have 2 bad drives?

    does Newig do exchanges?
    Thank You

Try the drives individually to be s ure you do not have bad drives. Even try them in a different computer to be sure they are not bad.

It is most likely user error.
