P7805u "Webcam Driver Open Failed" pops up and no webcam

I have a bunch of issues with my system (below), but this one is the video driver, which gives me the message "Webcam Driver Open Failed..." every time I turn on the system and I cannot access the cam. I've tried to repair in control panel and to download another driver, but have not as yet found one.

Other issues include malware that I could not get rid of so I attempted to format the drive and would up with a 'dual boot' system, where by it defaults to windows7, but there is a choice for a windows maintenance system as well (?) I simply want reformat my entire hard drive and copy the system files over so it is ready for me to boot with Vista and then upgrade to 7. Is there a simple way, like using the command line format c:/s ?

    Please help..
