    [ :D] If this has been covered somewhere ignore..but if not reboot your machine, access bios(F2), go to the advanced tab and disable(OFF) RF Power Control. This will turn off the power throttling. Note that this will cut your battery power in half but will allow you to run at full power. Download the system utility "CPUZ" from http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php or use the system info utility of your choice to verify. Any questions let me know.
