    I ran a 3dmak05 on it and scored 1274, let me know if this is a good score and if anyone knows any pointers on settings for the catalyst 5.7 which I heard offers better performance that 5.10, thank you very much...

    I got a higher score with the Omega drivers (see sig). Did you have any programs running in the back ground when you ran 3dmark?

    is Omega 2.6.71 a later version of catalyst 5.7? I have version 2.6.53.

    do I have to uninstall 5.7 first or will 5.9, your version, automatically replace it? like automatically upgrade?

    another thing, I made all changed to default so that the cutom settings tab wasnt checked it, and one more thing lol, how come ur mx7525 has smaller but faster Hard Drive?

    I just installed the Hitachi a few days ago.. honestly.. I didn't spend enough time with the laptop to know for sure if it was worth it. However, I think it was..... I'm still happy with it :)

    I think you have to uninstall first. Before the driver installs a window pops up and tells you what to uninstall...

    I uninstall 5.7 and put 5.9, and got a 2dmark05 of 1321 lol. A lot better thnx..
