    1st thing I always do with any computer is put a fresh copy of Pro on it, this time probably Media Center. What problems will I encounter? Are all the drivers for the M250 available for this switchover?

    Yes, they're available. You can also download the latest ones off their website and it's good to have them on hand before you wipe out the computer. You never know when you really need driver before it's too late.
